An Australian adult performer has revealed what it's really like behind the scenes on a porn set, including why she much prefers working with women, despite being straight.

'When I first saw porn I thought this is where I need to be, this is where I see myself.  
'There's a lot of myths, it's a very corporate environment, myths about pimps and being abducted, but that isn't the reality of porn.
'Its a form of entertainment and should be used that way, it shouldn't be your sole source of sex education, it's produced,' she went on.
'We need age appropriate sex education and porn literacy, you don't watch the Fast and the Furious to learn how to drive '.
