Tiffiny Hall Reveals Her Post-baby Body Six Weeks After Giving Birth

Tiffiny Hall broke down in tears last month when she said that she was struggling to accept her post-baby body.
And now the celebrity personal trainer, who is married to radio personality Ed Kavalee, has unveiled her postpartum physique at the six-week mark.
In a revealing Instagram post, the 37-year-old showcased her curves in a pair of leggings and a matching sports bra.

'I haven't enjoyed being in my post partum body and found it harder and more frustrating second time around.
I've felt super guilty about this,' she continued.
'But one of my friends reminded me that not loving every moment of motherhood doesn't make me a bad mum. My postpartum body requires patience (something anyone who knows me knows I struggle with).'

Tiffiny then shared some of the issues that she's been dealing with since welcoming her second child, daughter Vada, in late May.

Last month, the fitness guru said that she was struggling to accept her post-baby body in a tearful Instagram video.
'It's not easy. I stand in front of my mirror, looking at my new body with my big bump, Vada's house, and it's really hard to accept that it's going to take time,' the 37-year-old said as she swatted away tears.
The star admitted she was feeling 'super emotional' and accepts that 'healing takes time'.
'It depends what birth you had too.

I've got a few stitches and stuff going on and it's all a bit painful. But she's absolutely beautiful. She's worth it,' she added.

Appearing on in June, Tiffany revealed that people were still asking when she's due as she hadn't lost her baby weight.
She admitted that she's 'absolutely felt the pressure' to drop the kilos as her body had been 'a billboard for so long' due to her career as a personal trainer. 
'People are still asking me when I'm due and I'm like, "I'm not pregnant anymore, I've had the baby",' she said.
'It's not the easiest time being in a postpartum body.

Struggle: Appearing on 2DayFM's The Morning Crew with Hughesy Ed and Erin, Tiffany revealed that people are still asking when she's due as she hasn't lost the baby weight 
Asked by host Erin Molan whether the pressure to lose weight is 'an added element' because of the work she does, Tiffiny provided a very honest response.
'Absolutely I felt the pressure.

My body has been a billboard for so long. [My brand is all about] fitness and health, so it's hard. 
'It's hard to have a different identity for a while, but I know that [it's] nine months in, nine months out. It takes time and you've just got to be patient.'
