You've probably been smoking several years in the event you are reading this article. By now you know what comes along with smoking tobacco products...declining health, maybe a chronic cough, stench, expense, burns in clothing and cars, dirty ashtrays, yellow teeth, higher coverage premiums, shortness of breath, and yet you still do it. I smoked for 17 years, and I finally began vaping when I just could not breath! I was out of breath going up 1 flight of stairs! 1! I tried cold turkey quitting multiple times and failed. I am now off of tobacco cigarettes 100%!

Why do we smoke as we know it's among the dumbest habits we could ever pick up??

Due to that lovely chemical we call nicotine. Nicotine in and of itself is not that bad, it's the additives and chemicals added to cigarettes that wreck your health. Nicotine doesn't stick around your body for long. It has a half-life of about 60 minutes, meaning that six hours after a cigarette, directly about 0.031 mg of the 1 mg of nicotine you inhaled remains in your body. So...you want more, and you want to keep those levels even within your bloodstream throughout the day. Nicotine is approximately as harmless as caffeine in the human body.

Nicotine initially causes a rapid release of adrenaline, the "fight-or-flight" hormone.

Vaping is for current adult smokers , that want to continue their habit at a reduced risk to their health. That is why I made the switch. Vaping has been gaining momentum and popularity in the last number of years!

And lets be realistic, if you have smoked for a year or longer, how concerned have you honestly been about your health? Vaping is not as dangerous or damaging as smoking.

You can find still small dangers linked to nicotine use, so caution is still advised when ingesting it. As a pure drug, nicotine has few adverse effects on physical health, however it does raise blood pressure level and accelerates the progression of heart and arterial disease. So quitting altogether will be the ideal goal.
